Armenian fencers to participate in junior championship in Belfast

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian fencers will participate in Junior and Cadet Fencing World Championship due on Apr. 5-13 in Belfast, Northern Ireland.



''Two fencers will be representing Armenia in Belfast: Armenia Champion 2009, Spartak Harutyunyan and Armenia Champion 2008, Robert Khatchatryan. The champions, aged 17, will be competing both in Junior and Cadet category,'' Armenian Fencing Federation Press Secretary Artashes Madoyan reported.



Fencing Championship, due in Armenia in May and International Fencing Championship in Kutaisi are also on sportsmen's agenda.
