Armenia wants to be ISO member

PanARMENIAN.Net - Activities of National Institute of Standardization at the Armenian Ministry of Economy are transparent, Institute Director Yenok Azaryan said.



"The Institute's laboratory is well-equipped. Its conclusions are accepted in all European countries," he said. "The Institute is engaged in development of standards and certification of food and nonfoods."



"Armenia wants to be a member of the International Organization for Standardization," Azaryan said, adding that producers of poor goods avoid the ISO.
