Armenia to elaborate a technical security conceptJune 29, 2009 - 15:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Under chairmanship of the Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia, President of the Interdepartmental Commission on EU-Armenia cooperation Arthur Baghdasaryan, a work group held its first sitting to work out the Technical Security Concept of Armenia. Technical Security concept will be elaborated in the framework of the National Security Doctrine and the 2009-2011 program of the Armenia-EU Action Plan. Arthur Baghdasaryan attached importance to the establishment of a modern technical security system, the acquiring of the best European practices in the sphere and the improvement of the legal field., National Security Council of Armenia reports. The participants of the sitting stressed, that the concept will be worked out in cooperation with European experts and best on the best European practices.
