  RA-France diplomatic relations enter new stageOctober 6, 2009 - 19:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 7, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will pay a working visit to Paris to participate in 35th UNESCO conference. Meeting with French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner is also on Edward Nalbandian's agenda. In Paris, Armenia and France will sign an agreement on reciprocal elimination of entrance licenses for diplomatic passport holders. On the same day, RA FM will leave for Kishinev to participate in October 8 sitting of CIS Foreign Ministers and CIS leaders summit, also attended by RA President-headed Armenian delegation.
