Bildt: Yerevan, Ankara should respect agreements they achievedOctober 27, 2009 - 13:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbanidan met with EU Foreign Policy and Security Chief Javier Solana on the sidelines of 10th meeting of the EU-Armenia coordination council. The talks were followed by a press conference of Armenian, Azerbaijani, Georgian and Swedish top diplomats and European Neighborhood Policy Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner. Sweden's Foreign Minister Carl Bildt assessed highly the progress fixed in EU-Armenia relations and emphasized that the European Union hails signature of Armenia-Turkey protocols. He voiced hope for soonest ratification of the protocols, RA MFA press office reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
