The top officials focused on development of trade and economic cooperation and also referred to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution process. Yesterday, Mr Putin met with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili to discuss the Russian-Georgian relations, which, according to the Russian leader, tend to improve. Vladimir Putin will meet Armenian President Robert Kocharian today, February 22, the Kremlin's press office said. The Presidents are in Moscow to participate in the CIS informal summit. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
