It is already becoming a tradition in Azerbaijan to make inadequate statements before every meeting between the foreign ministers or the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, with the Baku wise men believing they would make Armenia, the OSCE Minsk Group and the world community “return the Azerbaijani native lands”.
