Violations recorded in orphanages, retirement homes – paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhoghovurd daily, Armenian State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition has revealed public procurement violations with respect to orphanages and retirement homes.

“Competition law violations have always been common for some companies. The activity of Armenia-based orphanages and retirement homes have so far been studied,” the paper says.
