Mourinho who pulled in $15 million in salary and an additional $3 million in endorsements has topped the salary list since France Football first started compiling the ranking in 2004. That same year, Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson finished in first place, while Brazilian coach Luis Felipe Scolari, with Chelsea at the time, did the same in 2009. This year, Mourinho is followed by Paris Saint-Germain's Carlo Ancelotti ($15 million) and fellow Italian Marcelo Lippi, who makes $14 million coaching Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande F.C.
