On November 12, the second sets of 2010 Final Cup of Russia’s 3rd round took place.

In the second set game against Sanan Syugirov of Russia, Armenian grandmaster Zaven Andriassian took the upper hand in a persistent struggle.

The first set having ended in a tie, Andriassian made it through to the next stage with a 1,5:0,5 victory.
