Yarovslav Dashkevich may come on UNESCO eminent personalities list

PanARMENIAN.Net - The President of the Union of Armenians of Ukraine Vilen Shatvoryan addressed the head of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO Russlan Denchenko with a request to include the eminent Ukrainian historian Yarovslav Dashkevich in the UNESCO list of outstanding personalities, Analitika.at.ua reported.

Yaroslav Dahskevich, born 1926 was an outstanding expert of Armenian Studies, with over 200 of his scientific works released in Armenian, European and Ukrainian publications. Dahskevich authored over 1000 scientific works, dedicating himself to the studies of Armenian-Ukrainian historic ties. His work brought him wide acclaim in international scientific circles.
