Aronian, Anand share 5-6th places at London Chess Classic

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian scored 9 points at London Chess Classic to share 5-6th places with India’s Viswanathan Anand.

Russia’s Vladimir Kramnik won the tournament with 16 points, followed by Hikaru Nakamura (U.S.) and Norway’s Magnus Carlsen with 15 and 14 points respectively.

Luke McShane came 4th; Nigel Short, David Howell and Michael Adams shared 7-9th places.
