Surb Khach Monastery to become Crimean ethnographic museum department?

PanARMENIAN.Net - Starting December 1, 2009, Surb Khach Monastery will be registered as Crimean ethnographic museum department, Analitika.at.ua reported, citing the head of the National Security and Defense Committee of Ukraine's Supreme Rada, Anatoliy Hrytsenko.

Surb Khach Monastery, a medieval Armenian monastery located on the Crimean peninsula, has for centuries been an Armenian spiritual center and a place of pilgrimage.
