Key to conflict resolution lies in Artsakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - Political analyst Vahram Soghomonyan's "Solutions for Nagorno-Karabakh / Artsakh. Self-determination and Recognition" book, in which eminent European scientists for the first time give a comprehensive grounds to the right of Nagorno Karabakh to self-determination and recognition, from the point of view of international law, political science, security, history and legal philosophy, was published in Germany.

The book contains articles by Otto Luchterhandt (Hamburg), Egbert Jahn (Mannheim), Eckart D. Stratenschulte (Berlin), Alexander Manasyan (Yerevan), Martin Malek (Vienna), Sebastian Weber (Berlin), Franz Eder (Innsbruck), Dittmar Schorkowitz (Berlin) and Christian Stadler (Vienna).

Published in German, it is supposed to be translated into Armenian, English and Russian languages.

The core of the edition is that the key to the conflict lies in Artsakh.
