Teen girls detained in Yerevan over emo suspicion

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan police detained several teen girls over suspicion of being emo.

Mother of one of the girls told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that her daughter was carried away by emo three years ago but is not linked to it now.

“My daughter just has an informal style of dressing, that’s all,” she said.

The reason for detainment was a souvenir - a skull with two small daggers - one of the girls gave to a friend.
