  Garnik Hovhannesyan traditional tournament hosts best RA and NKR sportsmen June 12, 2010 - 16:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 11- 12, RA Sambo Federation and Sambo & Judo Olympic Youth School is hosting traditional tournament to honor first Armenian sambo world champion Garnik Hovhannesyan. Sportsmen in 52, 57, 62, 68, 74 and 82 kg weight classes are participating in the tournament. Winners in 57, 62 and 68 weight classes will be awarded special prizes. The tournament, hosting best RA and NKR sportsmen, is a preparatory stage for world championship. In October, Children’s & Youth Championship will be held in Tbilisi.
