GM Tigran Petrosyan wins Georgy Agzamov Memorial

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian grandmaster Tigran Petrosyan has won Georgy Agzamov Memorial in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Anton Filipov of Uzbekistan finished 2nd.

The tournament brought together 106 participants from Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Israel, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Indonesia and Afghanistan. The prize money was US$20 thousand. The winner got US$5 thousand.
