  Gevorg Poghosyan wins European Weightlifting Championship bronzeApril 16, 2011 - 17:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - At Russia-hosted European Weightlifting Championship’s under 94 kg weight class, Armenia was represented by 2010 European Champion Gevorg Poghosyan. At the championship, Poghosyan lifted 389 kg (173+ 216) in clean and jerk discipline, having gained bronze. Armenian weightlifters Araik Mirzoyan (77 kg) and Elen Grigoryan (53 kg) won the championship silver. On April 16, Artur Babayan will perform in under 105 kg weight class.
