Armenia removes restrictions on use of Sputnik-V vaccine

PanARMENIAN.Net - People both in risk groups and healthy individuals aged 18 and over can receive the Russian Sputnik V vaccine on a voluntary basis beginning from July 1, the Armenian Health Ministry reports.

Before that, only patients with underlying health conditioned, healthcare workers aged 18 to 54, residents and staff of social care centers were eligible to receive the Sputnik V jabs.

Besides the Russian shots, Armenia is also using AstraZeneca and CoronaVac in its vaccination program.
