  Catholicos of All Armenians meets with French Ambassador Serge Smessov October 6, 2010 - 16:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II met in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin with French Ambassador to Armenia Serge Smessov, who has completed his diplomatic mission in Armenia. His Holiness Karekin II thanked the French diplomat for his four-year activity, expressing confidence that the Armenian-French friendship will continue. Serge Smessov stated for his part that he has got unforgettable impressions of Armenia. On October 6, His Holiness Karekin II met with newly appointed Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Armenia Ata Serdarov to discuss matters of the Armenian community in Turkmenistan, as well as historical ties between the two states. Ata Serdarov said he will do his utmost to develop and boost the Armenian-Turkmen relations, the press service of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin reported.
