At news conference in Yerevan, Melkonian also dwelled on the loss of spirituality and native language among Jerusalem’s Armenian youth. Melkonian suggested election of coadjutor as a way out of the situation. “The issue may be discussed at general spiritual meeting in Jerusalem due November 8-10,” he noted.
