To that end, Mr. Sargsyan issued recommendation for setting up a commission under the leadership of Vice Premier Armen Gevorgyan. On July 15, Tu-154 plane belonging to Caspian Airlines company crashed down during Tehran-Yerevan flight. All the passengers, 153 people, and the 16 crew members died.
