Armenian President meets Russia’s outgoing ambassador

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met on April 26 with outgoing Russian ambassador Vyacheslav Kovalenko.

President Sargsyan expressed gratitude to the envoy for his contribution to the development of Armenian- Russian ties during his term in office. He noted that bilateral relations strengthened in the past few years, citing meetings on presidential level, state visits and the agreements signed as a proof. President Sargsyan further expressed Armenia’s interest in deepening of bilateral relations.

Ambassador Kovalenko, in turn, pledged to further contribute to the development of Armenian-Russian ties.
