  Armenia’s local self-government celebrates 14th anniversaryNovember 10, 2010 - 16:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 10, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan participated in a meeting of the Union of Armenia’s Communities dedicated to the 14th anniversary of local self-government formation. Tigran Sargsyan handed over Anania Shirakatsi medals bestowed under a decree of the Armenian President to heads of a number of communities, the governmental press service reported. Local Self-Government Day is marked in Armenia on November 10.
